Situated on Rainford Gardens, next to Liverpool's famous Mathew Street, is our stunning range of spacious apartments - ideal for groups, stag/hen parties, families and tourists looking to explore Liverpool and its wealth of culture. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area, modern shower and bathroom, and a range of one and two bedrooms with free WiFi throughout, and large flat screen smart TVs. We operate a self-service check in; all documentation (ID and registration) is to be completed before check in, and security deposits are processed on the day of check in. This property has 5 floors and is stairs access only - there is NO lift. As this is an old Victorian Warehouse, there are a lot of stairs. Apartments 2, 3, 4 & 5 are located on the 1st floor. Apartments 14 & 15 are located on the top floor (3rd floor). Please be aware that it is approx 5 flights of stairs for the 1st floor. Check in is from 3:30pm and check out at 11am. Operating hours are 8am-8pm Sunday to Thursday; 24 hour service Friday/Saturday. Location: there will be noise pollution, apartment is based in Mathew Street - a Liverpool City Centre nightlife spot. Security deposit of GBP 200-500 per apartment is payable on the day of arrival. Due to the building structure and surroundings WIFI and phone network can be spotty.
