The property is equipped with a device that monitors noise and occupancy levels in the property (but does not record sound) and notifies the host and the guest if it gets too loud. Any disturbance and/or noise complaints will result in loss of deposit. *We expect the property to be treated with respect and care and left in a similar condition as it is found, clean and tidy and dishes washed and put away. Guests will be charged for any additional cleaning needed above the standard requirements.
