The splendid sandy beach is directly on hand, as is the pier, the multiplex cinema and a myriad of other beachfront amenities and entertainments. A (very!) short stroll brings you within easy reach of all the other great entertainments, restaurants, shopping and nightlife that Paignton has to offer. Should you wish to travel further afield, we’re ideally located for that too! From our large car park, all the many and varied delights of Torbay, the English Riviera and surrounds are within exceptionally easy reach (please see our 'local attractions page'). Should you wish to leave the car at home, we're also within easy walking distance of both the train and bus stations. The studio apartment is modern, clean, pleasant comfortable and well equipped self-catering accommodation. Offering the following: Excellent clean and modern accommodation. We have recently been awarded an 'AA 3 Star' rating. Apartment has sea views. Immediately opposite 'The Green' and Paignton's sandy beach. Short, level walk to the town centre or the harbour. Private free car park.
Enjoy accommodating guests and helping facilitate their stay.
Guests often comment that they enjoy the ease of access to both the beach and shops, but also to the pretty harbour with its boats and ferry. Coastal walks are also readily accessed from the apartment.
