The Orchid Penthouse is a comfortable, modern, safe, quiet, warm and spacious 2 double (or 2 twin) bedroom apartment in a small block. ⇢ 2 min walk to a large Tesco and all the amenities of Beeston town centre and bus/tram interchange. ⇢ 2 miles to Nott Uni, Hockey & Tennis Centres and 4 miles from Nottingham City centre and Trent Uni. ⇢ 10 mins walk to Beeston train station linking to Nott, London and airports. ⇢ 1 allocated parking space with additional free on-street parking nearby. * You enter The Orchid Penthouse into an inviting central corridor. * On the left are two equal-sized double bedrooms with super-king beds, these can be split into two separate 3ft single beds for children or groups. These each have a triple wardrobe, a dressing table with a chair, and two bedside tables with a lamp. * At the end of the entrance corridor, there is a private bathroom with a WC, basin, and bath with a shower over it. * On the right is the entrance to the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living space. The kitchen is fully equipped with all crockery, utensils, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, coffee machine, gas hob and electric oven. * The large dining table has 4 chairs, but would comfortably seat 6 using chairs from the bedroom. * The lounge area has a 3 seater leather sofa and separate armchair. * The Orchid has a 45" HD Smart TV and M250 Fibre broadband wi-fi. Please note that there is no lift and there are 4 flights of stairs to reach the entrance. You will also have exclusive access to the allocated parking space in the car park to the rear.

The Lily is in the centre of Beeston, making living and travel simple. You can walk to the centre of Beeston, where you will find everything you need. There is also a Co-op supermarket a 2 minute walk away, a Tesco supermarket a 5 minute walk away, and 2 Chinese supermarkets. You do not need a car, as you can walk to the tram/bus interchange and train station. Trains from Beeston go to Nottingham, Derby, Birmingham, London, and EMA airport. There is also the option to catch a tram or bus to Nott University, Lakeside, QMC, or Nottingham. The Lily is also only 10 minutes from junction 25 of the M1 motorway if you are driving. Beeston is a very safe community, with many families and students living in the area. There are many things to do and visit locally, Beeston even has it’s own cinema! There are many restaurants, pubs, cafes, and takeaways, offering a huge range of cuisine. There is a farmers market once a week in the town square. If you would like to get outdoors, visit Wollaton Hall & Deer Park, Attenborough Nature Reserve or the Beeston Marina on the banks of the River Trent. Just a 30 minute drive north is the Peak District! If you are coming to Nottingham to watch sports, The Lily is close to both the Forest & City Football Grounds, Trent Bridge Cricket Ground, the National Ice Arena, Nottingham Tennis Centre, Nottingham Hockey Centre, Beeston Fields Golf Course, the National Water Sports Centre, and Derby Velodrome.There are also numerous arts and cultural attractions nearby, such as Lakeside Arts, Nottingham Playhouse, Nottingham Theatre & Concert Hall, Rock City, Nottingham Castle, the MotorPoint Arena and Nottingham Contemporary.
