There is also access to an external balcony from the central main living space that runs the length of the apartment with planting and seating to enjoy. The apartment has large red industrial south facing windows overlooking a narrow carpark and local resident garden’s – home to local squirrels and parakeets - a surprisingly green view for central London life! The space is a perfect base for couples, solo adventurers and business guests who want a relaxing, stylish and accessible place to stay whilst being in the city. The apartment is located a 10-15 minute walk south of Brixton underground tube station adjacent to Brixton Hill (road for all Brixton’s major bus routes). It is located close to great places to eat, shops, nightlife and famous music venues which are all within walking distance or a short bus ride away. Walkable adjacent areas also include – Clapham, Herne Hill, Streatham and Brockwell Park.
