Set on the water’s edge at Brundall, Norfolk Broads, River Breeze lodge is set in a peaceful location overlooking a small, quiet marina just off the main River Yare with easy access into the broads with your own or hired boat, canoe, kayak or paddleboard. You can moor a boat at the lodge and fish from the garden too! Lodge Amenities -   Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 – Double bed Bedroom 2 – Double bed Bedroom 3 – 2 single beds Bed linen provided. Bathrooms: Bathroom with a shower cubicle, toilet and hand basin. Separate toilet. Hand and bath towels provided for number of guests staying. Starter toilet roll provided. Open Plan Kitchen / Diner / Lounge: Fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery, dining and cooking essentials, dishwasher & washing machine. Tea towels, J cloth, sponge, washing up liquid, antibacterial surface spray, hand wash, dishwasher tablets and a starter kitchen roll is provided. Lounge with Smart TV and Dining area seating 6 guests. The double French doors lead out to the veranda with dining furniture and steps down to the garden with picnic table and the waters’ edge. Mooring and Parking:  Private quay headed mooring. Please advise if you are bringing a boat and need use of the slipway. Private Parking x 2 car – additional parking is available in the main car park free of charge to guests – please request. Dogs are on request directly-30gbp per pet. Electric and WiFi included. Cot and highchair on request. Fish bait fridge & 4 sun loungers.  Fishing permitted in open season only. Fishing permitted in season from the garden! Boat hire is available locally and our guests receive discounted rates on Canoe rental. We highly recommend exploring the Norfolk Broads from this idyllic location – pre booking with a local company is advised. Situated in the village of Brundall, which has its own railway station, shop/post office, mini-market, hairdresser, Chinese takeaway, Pizza takeaway, fish and chip shop, Indian restaurant, Cafe & bakery and local pubs serving good food. Quaint towns, villages and beautiful beaches are close by, as are an abundance of family attractions and beauty spots to suit everyone. The train station is just a stroll from our lodges with links to the fine city of Norwich only 8 miles away, with its excellent shopping, theatre, restaurants, inns, cafés, castle and museum or Great Yarmouth for an ice-cream on the beach and the Pleasure Beach with rides and amusements to keep all with rides and amusements to keep all the family happy. Explore the surrounding seaside towns and villages, Gorleston-on-Sea, Hemsby, Caister-on-Sea, Winterton, Horsey (seal colony), California, Newport and Hopton-on-Sea, all offering entertainment for a family holiday, as well as the pretty Broadland villages and countryside.
