This has been a family holiday home for over thirty years. I have enjoyed coming here a kid , a student with friends and now with my own young family.

5 bedroom house overlooking one of UK's most beautiful rivers with equally stunning walks over Exmoor and the north Devon Coast. Situated in small secluded hamlet with a cosy pub just 30 yards from the front door. The property is actually two cottages combined making it ideal for family get togethers and holidays with friends.
Neighbourhood information
The neighbourhood consists of a secluded river-side hamlet of Rockford with a cosy pub serving honest grub and real ale less than 30 yards from our front door.
Situated in the Lyn valley , the location is a walking , wild swimming, mountain biking and fly fishing paradise. But it also just short drive or morning's walk to a stunning coast-line of dramatic cliffs and tree-lined coves as well as the award winning Woolacombe beach for sand and surf.
