Beautifully converted barn, balcony and hot tub, river views. A short distance of the three-peaks, Yorkshire Dales and the Trough of Bowland. The Lake District is just 35 minutes away. You will have access to a garden and a private stretch of river. Fishing rights are available - note, a rod licence is required, available online or from the post office. Hot tub model: SOFTUB LEGEND 220 (4 people maximum)- for the exclusive use of guest at River Bank Cottage. We welcome up to two well behaved dogs; however they would need to be kept on a lead while outside.
The properties have been converted or modernised to the highest of standards - and in sympathy with the history of the buildings. There is a tranquil atmosphere, with a nearby river, and fields and woodlands surrounding the properties.
Beautiful barn conversion, river views, large gardens. Yorkshire Dales on doorstep, Lake District nearby. The property is set 13 acres with hundreds of meters of private river frontage, guests are free to explore it all. There is a beautiful wild meadow, an "edible" foraging walk, and paddocks to play in. Fishing rights are included, making it a perfect place to try some fishing (note, a rod licence is required, available online or from the post office).
