The property is a lovely Grade 2 Listed Building, which fronts on to the River Dee There are TVs in the master bedroom and the bunk bed room. The summer room downstairs fronts the River Dee. A BBQ starter pack is included in all bookings. A free bottle of "Rondeva" Prosecco is included in all 2 night and more bookings!! The house is in a lovely residential part of Chester, there are numerous boat trips that pass the property and you can board the boats from the house in about a five minute or so walk from the house. There are numerous local shops, off licences and a Waitrose within 5-10 minutes walking distance from the house. The house is only several minutes from Chester City Centre. The house is close to many local restaurants and bars both within the City Centre and along the River Dee. The house is less that 30 seconds walk to the Grosvenor Park which hosts many activities and has an "open theatre" in the summer. The park is ideal for relaxing, pick nicks and also has a children's play area. This property and its location make in an ideal stay whether you are a couple, family or travelling on business. You will not be disappointed by booking this property!!
I am an experienced Host and Landlord, having a small property of family accommodation. I enjoy fine wine and dining within the Chester, Liverpool and London areas.
The house fronts on to the River Dee, where there are numerous boat trips, restaurants and bars within walking distance of the house.
