Terlingham Lane Cottage has 2 very large and luxurious ensuite bedrooms (can be twin beds if required), a kitchen/diner and a cosy lounge. A laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing facilities and a guest toilet. Both bedrooms have luxury bedding and flat-screen smart TVs. The bathrooms are very large and each have a walk-in shower, bath, toilet and handbasin. Towels, hairdryers and complimentary toiletries are provided. The kitchen is well equipped with a stove, hob, fridge/freezer microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, crockery, glassware, cutlery, etc. The perfect spot to spend a few days exploring, Terlingham Lane Cottage is only a 10 minute drive from Folkestone, with a range of excellent restaurants, bars, live music venues, art galleries and beautiful sandy beaches. The historic villages of Sandgate and Hythe are also not to be missed. Also only 25 minutes drive to Canterbury Cathedral, Sandwich and Dymchurch, 15 minutes to the Eurostar terminal in Ashford and Dover ferry port, and within 45 minutes of pretty Kent and Sussex towns including Whitstable, Tenterden and Rye. Gorgeous local walks with incredible views of the North Downs and English Channel, and history buffs will enjoy being only 5 minutes’ drive from the Battle of Britain Museum.
Graham and Lorna Wilks live on the family-run vineyard, and are on hand should you require assistance or advice.
Hawkinge is a few kilometers from the vibrant town of Folkestone. There are many restaurants and take-out restaurants that will deliver. Beautiful views, walks and bicyle rides from Terlingham Vineyard. The Battle of Britian Museum is 1km away. The Folkestone Harbour Arm and Sunny Sands beach are an 8 minute drive away, where you will find plenty of bars, restaurants and cafes. The Town center is a few minutes away from the Harbour Arm. Dover Castle, Canterbury and many other beautiful areas on on our doorstep.
