Sweetcombe Cottage Holidays is a locally based self-catering agency focusing on East Devon. Established over 35 years ago with just a handful of cottages, the company has grown to the point where we now successfully market a wide variety of properties throughout the region. From the start we were determined to build up a reputation for offering only the best of properties. The company has grown, but everyone involved still holds true to the combination of commitment and professionalism that is the foundation of the company's success. Family run to this day, we are still able to offer that personal service which sadly in today's ever increasing pace of life can sorely fall by the wayside.

Rose Cottage is a beautifully refurbished town house in the centre of Sidmouth, close to the beach, shops and cafes. The property is situated in a quiet residential street with no passing traffic and is within easy reach of the shops and Esplanade. The accommodation is tastefully presented with new furnishings throughout. There is a spacious, open plan light and airy living area with a feature fireplace and comfortable seating for six guests. The dining area has a large family table and patio doors opening to a small enclosed sitting area. There is a very well-equipped kitchen with new appliances. The utility area leads from the kitchen with a washing machine. Downstairs Bathroom - A door opposite the utility leads to to a ground floor bathroom with a bath with a shower over, sink and WC. On the first floor there are two bedrooms. Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a king size bed and fitted bedroom furniture. Bedroom 2: The second bedroom has a double bed and a small wardrobe. Family Bathroom: There is a family shower room with a shower cubicle and vanity sink unit. Access to a good size roof terrace, a real sun trap. Separate W.C. Bedroom 3: On the second floor there is a further twin bedroom and a small dressing room. At the front of the property there is a south facing sitting out area perfect for morning coffee. Parking: There is an allocated parking space for one car on the near by Mill Street car park. Guests can explore the Jurassic Coast whilst enjoying stunning walks in Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty and The South West Coast Path. The Donkey Sanctuary, Crealy and Pecorama are all nearby for fun filled days with the kids. There are a wide range of activities nearby, from Paddleboarding and water skiing to Golf at Sidmouth Golf Club. Sidmouth and the nearby local towns have a wealth of independent boutique shops, cafes and restaurants, including Otterton Mill and Lympstone Manor.
