An attractive 3 story, 4-bedroom 5 bathrooms property set within the exclusive Lower Mill Estate. A large open plan living, kitchen and dining area occupies the ground floor, complete with W/C and access to the large sun deck. the property also benefits from a spacious master bedroom with en suite, a second and third bedrooms with en-suites, a further bedroom and a family bathroom. The sun deck leads to a grassed area and on to the lake’s edge. West facing views of Clearwater Lake.
We provide access to a housekeeper and maintenance team who aim to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. They are a phone call away in case you have any questions. There is also 24 hour security at Lower Mill and a dedicated parking space infront of the property.
The Cotswolds and the Cotswolds Water parks are at you fingertips as well as the wonderful places to explore such as historic Cirencester, Cheltenham, Bath and lovely villages such as Bourton-on-the-water. In the area their many pubs and excellent restaurants as well as activity for children. Kemble is the nearest station which has connection into London. Taxis are available at the station and also in Cirencester.
