Quaint cottage in the lovely village of Mattishall. This 3 bedroom home has a cosy living room, with a fully equipped kitchen/ dining room, including a dishwasher. The bathroom is downstairs with a walk-in shower. 3 good size bedrooms upstairs, 1 has an extra single bed. Please note, you have to walk through one of the bedrooms to access the other 2. The stairs are typical of an old norfolk cottage and are narrow and windy, so may not be suitable for the less able. The property has a small enclosed front garden and to the rear has a courtyard style enclosed garden.

Set in Matishall with local shops, cafe, pub and a take-away nearby.There are plenty of country dog walks from the cottage too. Only 12km from Bawbrough Golf Club, 37km from Bewilderwood, 29km from Castle Acre, The lovely beach at Sheringham is just 21 miles away. The market Towns of Dereham and Wymondham are a 15 minute drive away.
