Rowland House is a former mill workers cottage set in the heart of Skipton. Approx 5 mins walk from the centre of Skipton with its numerous facilities and market. It is also a convenient place for exploring the Yorkshire Dales and othersurrounding areas.
We are pet friendly with a fully enclosed back yard/patio and within easy walking access to several parks and the Leeds-Liverpool canal.
New carpets and blinds have been installed over the winter 22/23 period.
Please note the house is situated on an incline aswell as having some steep stairs which may prove unsuitable for the elderly/infirm.
