Seagull Cottage is a spacious yet cosy two-bed holiday home thoughtfully presented to create a coastal rustic feel to enhance your time by the sea. Less than 5 min walk to the beautiful Pakefield beach. Perfect for families & couples alike. Plenty to do by foot plus a great base for exploring the local area and all it has to offer. Just a 15 min drive to Southwold and 2 miles from Oulton Broad, (Norfolk Broads). Free on-street parking and free fast WIFI. Max 2 dogs The living room is cosy & welcoming with an exposed brick fireplace and a realistic electric stove, a 3 seater & a 2 seater sofa, a large footstool & a large screen Smart TV. Next is the dining room which has the exposed brick fireplace & the reconfigured staircase leading off it. There is a generous dining table for four, perfect for eating or playing games, plus a dresser that houses the glassware, crockery & board games. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with integrated washer dryer & dishwasher, an electric single oven & hob, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, Tassimo coffee machine, cafetiere & a teapot. There is also a bistro table & chairs for the morning brew or a social drink whilst cooking. French doors lead out into the enclosed garden. A downstairs toilet is located in between the kitchen & dining room. Upstairs features a beautiful main bedroom with an original cast iron fireplace & a handmade bespoke king-size bed & headboard with a luxury mattress & bedding. Plenty of storage for your belongings, a hair drying station & a TV. The generous en-suite has both a bath & a separate shower enclosure.
