Nestled off the main road amongst the historic town houses this pretty spot is ideal for holidaying with friends or family. Sit in the front garden in the cute terrace area watching the world go by or tuck yourself into the cosy courtyard back garden draped with wisteria.

Worthing pier is a short walk away and is well worth a visit for the amusements. Denton gardens is on your doorstep along the sea front. Perfect for a picnic off the beach. Here are also lovely local shops selling arts and crafts. The sea front café here has wonderful views out to sea and also behind includes a sandy volley ball pitch.
