Seashells is a well presented and comfortable property located in the heart of the historic old town of Lyme Regis. This Grade II listed, ground floor, 1-bedroom apartment is conveniently located four minutes walk from the seafront, shops and restaurants. Seashells is generous in size, finished to a high standard, with a well equipped kitchen, attractive lounge with a smart TV, light and spacious bedroom with a double bed and a large garden with a decking area. Guests can access free WiFi.
As well as a sandy beach and historic seafront promenade, Lyme Regis includes celebrity chef Mark Hixs superb Oyster and Seafood Restaurant, along with many other restaurants, cafes, pubs and tearooms. Just recently, the town has welcomed the likes of Hollywood actress Kate Winslet, who spent time filming scenes for her film Ammonite. The town is a wonderful location for those seeking a traditional seaside break. A wide selection of independent shops, as well as an award winning museum, and a theatre can be found. For the more adventurous the South West Coast Path heads west through the amazing Undercliff between Lyme Regis and Axmouth, or east towards Charmouth and the magnificent National Trust land at Golden Cap. If you are planning a holiday without a car, the mainline railway station in nearby Axminster is served by a regular bus service (or taxis), to and from Lyme Regis town.
