Higher Venn is a beautiful self contained studio within a rural setting.
The accommodation comprises a modern and well equipped Bedroom/Dining/Kitchen area with separate double shower room/toilet.
It has the benefits of a private, enclosed garden and safe, fire pitt, free private parking available.
The driveway is 300ft and treelined with Devon banks, and seats which guests are more than welcome to use.

As hosts it is important for us to make your stay enjoyable, somewhere you will want to return.

Higher Venn is found in a rural setting but with great road links to nearby towns, beaches, local attractions and places of interest.
Whilst a car is recommended to make the most of your stay there is a bus service providing transport into the nearby towns of Holsworthy, Bude, Bideford & Barnstaple.
There is a local garage and small shop within walking distance. Half a mile you will find the famous award winning farm shop and cafe, Lizzie's Larder. Or why not take a trip down to Woodford Bridge Restaurant.
We are approximately 20 minutes from the edge of the Atlantic Ocean, where lies the spectacular secluded area of Hartland Quay known for its rugged coastline, as well as the famous cobble street of Clovelly.
Or head in the other direction 10 miles and you will be in North Cornwall, where Bude has amazing beaches, great for surfing, swimming, walks, and so much more.
