Enjoy a stylish experience in our basement studio apartment that is able to fit up to 3 people, that includes everything you would want or need. This modern apartment includes a double bed, a sofa that is able to turn into a bed, with spacious kitchen that offers you anything you would ever like, with appliances to cook your own delicious food. Also a stylish bathroom that allows you to freshen up with comfort. In front of the bed a smart TV is provided, does not include wifi. Check in 2pm.

The neighbourhood is a mix of families and students as a main university town. There is Headingley Stadium approx 500 yards away as well as the cricket ground and the Leeds Rhinos Rugby for the sport enthusiast. There are many eateries and bars in the local area as well as Kirkstall Abbey a popular attraction amongst tourists. There are plenty of parks and open spaces - with Golden Acre Park a few miles away and Leeds/Bradford Airport less than 20 minutes away. The area has good rail and bus links to other local cities such as Bradford, York, and Harrogate. Town is approx. 1 mile away and buses run frequently from the main road. There is a large leisure complex within 10 mins walk which has a multiscreen cinema, gym, bowling and food outlets. Ample street parking available. Shops/restaurants/bars are within walking distance into Headingley student village. Great bus and train links. Local train station is a 5/10 min walk. Leeds main rail station is easily accessible. The main road has regular buses travelling into town which is approximately a mile away.
