Independent Studio Apartment set in garden of Sharpley Hall - its a farmhouse and where we live not a stately home, but plenty of space in a semi rural location.
Golf Course within walking distance plus several more within 5-15 minute drive.
Fishing Lakes within walking distance.
Karting North East 5 minute drive
Beach, Marina, Town Centre, Shops, Restaurants and pubs all within 3 miles.
Beamish Museum 13miles Durham Riverside Cricket 8 miles.
