Open the French doors straight onto your own private deck with fabulous views of the lake, fields, and majestic ancient oak trees. Outdoor furniture is provided so it's a perfect setting for a romantic sundowner watching the birdlife and the sun setting behind the fields. The cottages accommodation feature an open plan fully equipped kitchen, lounge area at the front with French doors opening out to a private deck; dining area, bedroom with a very comfortable king size bed and ensuite. Free Parking for 2 cars and WiFi.

We are tucked away from the main road but within 7 minutes walk of the nearest village and an award winning pub and all the wedding venues in the picturesque village of Ticehurst. Sheepwash Farm is the gem in a privately owned country estate. It's a rare, quiet, peaceful spot in a very trendy and busy village. You can easily access the farm down a rural track off Church Street, to protect your vehicle, please slow down when accessing the farm if you are not driving a 4x4.
