Company information

I am Penny Molyneux and I am married with 3 children (aged 21, 19 and 8) and Digby Dog. We bought Brosterfield in 2009 as a complete wreck and totally transformed it into what it is today. We have 6 properties down at Brosterfield and I truly believe we do stand out from the crowd as we truly care and are passionate about our guests and our properties. People come to stay for many different reasons but at the end of the day the most important factor to us, is that we always endeavour to give 100% to our guests stay and I do believe that is what makes us different from the rest. There is so much to do all within a few mins, such as walking, biking, caving, Blue John Caverns, Chatsworth House, which is a personal favourite of mine and you cannot come to Peaks without a visit to sampling the Bakewell Pudding (not a tart, it's a pudding!). We lived at Brosterfield for over 8 years and I whilst I am biased it is a a very special place, so I do hope you come and stay. Penny x

We care passionately about our cottages and we like to think we have not just created a funcational holiday home (as there are many on the market). We have developed a beautiful, home from home with immense thought and attention to detail. Every stay is important to us and we go the extra mile to ensure that everyting is right for our guests.

Neighbourhood information

Brosterfield is situated in a FABULOUS position as we are RIGHT IN THE CENTRE OF THE PEAK DISTRICT!!! We literally have all the sights, walks, historical houses, Chatsworth House, Haddon, Mam Tor and so much more literally all within a few mins drive. This makes us the perfect location!!! The pub is just down the road and takes dogs, the local shop is a few mins away and local pizzas and Indian takewaways all deliver. There are walks from the door, cycling and adventures. We also can help organise Brosterfield Active which is a tailor made adventure for you and your group from a local treasure hunt to abseiling to caving. We have a history of over 10 years of guests and fantastic reviews and very happy guests.
