The location of the cottage is lovely, with views across the estuary. Close to the town centre with shops and restaurants
Sailing is wonderful in the estuary and families who own ribs or small motor boats enjoy such fun going over to the beach at Mill Bay.
There are beautiful walks on the cliff tops or boat trips to Kingsbridge for more shopping.
There is fishing, scuba diving, sailing, etc. Something for everyone.
