Property information

This idyllic, dog-friendly country retreat sleeps four in two bedrooms and has a lovely mezzanine bedroom, an enclosed garden with countryside views, and luxurious interiors. This country haven is perfect for a family or a friend's get-together. The cottage has a fenced garden with a patio area, BBQ, and outdoor furniture for eating al fresco. Step inside and you will find an open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area - perfect for socialising. Down the hall is the downstairs bedroom, which offers flexible sleeping arrangements with a zip link bed, which can be set up as twins or a super king, and has patio doors opening onto the pretty garden. Upstairs, you’ll find a stunning mezzanine bedroom with a king-size bed. The two bedrooms share the ground floor family shower room. Both bedrooms are furnished with luxurious linens and sumptuous bedding. The cottage is on a quiet public footpath, with views from the garden over the local countryside. It is next to five of our other holiday cottages, Holbeck Farm Barns, which can also be rented for larger group stays. Please note that the mezzanine bedroom has a balcony overlooking the main living area, so it has limited privacy and is unsuitable for small children to be left unattended.

If art’s your thing, there’s easy access to The Courtyard at Welbeck too with its contemporary art gallery and museum and a trip there isn’t complete without a stop off at The Harley Café and Welbeck Farm Shop.
