New luxury basement Studio providing home from home comforts. Superb views over the Burry Estuary & Gower Peninsula. Ideal location to explore the extensive Millennium coastal path. The Apartment is the ideal place to escape and relax and is perfect for couples or singles. It would also be suitable as a work base place. The M4 is a 20 minutes drive away, Carmarthen 30 minutes and Tenby/Pembrokeshire 40 minutes. A number of local amenities are available within walking distance.
I am a self-employed carpenter & live a very active lifestyle ,with running both holiday rentals. Plus I love doing ironman Tenby and Lanzarote. Which takes up a lot of my time training through the year.
