Number Three Skelwith Fold Cottages is the ideal base for a holiday in the Lake District. It’s situated in a quiet hamlet on the outskirts of Skelwith Fold Holiday Park with beautiful views over the surrounding fells. The cottage is well placed for exploring Ambleside, Windermere and Hawkshead. The cottage accommodates up to six people across three generously sized double bedrooms – two of which have full modern en-suite bathroom facilities while the third is located across from the main bathroom. Throughout Number Three we added top quality fixtures and fittings to ensure you have a luxury stay. From the large TV in the living room for a relaxing evening after a day in the Lakes, to the heated mirrors in the bathrooms, everything is geared to helping you have an unforgettable stay. When you’re ready to get outside, the cottage benefits from a private garden with great views. Out of your front door are of the wild wonders of the Lake District – right on your doorstep! We’ve not forgotten your four-legged friends either. Dogs are very welcome in Number Three, Skelwith Fold Cottages. We’ve even provided a large dog crate so that, if you use one, you don’t have to transport your own. There is also a 95cm plastic dog bed so you can just bring their favourite blanket. An array of scenic walks from the Cottage doorstep. You will find Chester's Cafe, Skelwith Force Waterfalls and the Talbot Bar all within a 15 minute walk from the Cottage and in the opposite direction, the popular village of Ambleside is only a 30-40 walk. The Cottage is situated in a very quiet hamlet with only a handful of neighbours. Views of the Langdale Pikes from the lounge and bedroom window.
