If you are looking for a modern and spacious home to enjoy with your family or friends, Sleeper Cottage is the perfect place.

Sleeper Cottage has been beautifully designed with premium furnishings and interiors throughout. The house boasts an open-plan living and dining area where you can gather your loved ones as a group and enjoy quality time together. The living and dining area has glass doors which open out onto the terrace and lawn at the rear of the property, so you’ll have incredible views of the garden and countryside ahead. Completely private and not overlooked, the outdoor space on offer at Sleeper Cottage is perfect for enjoying quality time with your fellow guests. With fully equipped facilities, you’ll be able to make the most of your self-catering stay in the kitchen at Sleeper Cottage. Appliances include a dishwasher, full-size fridge and freezer, kettle, integrated microwave, two ovens and hob. Head along the hallway and you’ll find four spacious bedrooms. Perfect for groups of friends or families, two rooms feature king-size beds, while the other two bedrooms are twins. Every bedroom benefits from a calming, neutral colour scheme and plush bedding. All bedrooms at Sleeper Cottage are ensuite and you’ll find three shower rooms, along with one bathroom, all spaces complete with wash basins and WCs. The house also has a separate WC for added convenience.

Brompton-by-Sawdon is a small village located roughly midway between the seaside resort of Scarborough and the market town of Pickering.
