A spacious 4 Bedroom, 3 WC house, currently available. Quiet, with a private patio & garden, featuring a balcony with fantastic views over parklands, lakes and woods. Situated only 300m from South Lakes Leisure Centre and the Rushhmere Shopping Centre. Fully equipped Lounge and Kitchen/Diner. Ideal for family breaks. Unlimited WiFi streaming. There is nowhere within 20 miles which can cater for 8 people at such quality per head cost, so is excellent value for money. Earliest check-in 3pm, latest check-out 11am. Free parking for 2 cars on the drive. Sorry, but do not book if you are planning to hold a party.

The Park is just outside the front door, with its fabulous wildlife. Rushmere Shopping Mall is a short walk or drive away. Within a 1 mile radius of the house are Tesco, M&S Food and Lidl. The Craigavon Omniplex Cinema, with neighbouring Restaurants is even nearer. For pubs, clubs, restaurants and shopping, Portadown is a short drive away. 3 Golf Courses are within easy driving distance and the newly opened Game of Thrones Studio is located just 12 miles away. A fabulously scenic 3 mile walk or cycle around the lakes is on the doorstep. Taxis are readily on call and the Bus Station is just outside the estate in Rushmere. Trains to Belfast or Dublin can be boarded at Portadown, just 2 miles away.
