I'm delighted to offer our spacious, bright, and tastefully furnished 2-bedroom house, perfectly located just 15 minutes' walk from Inverness city centre, 5 minutes from Merkinch Nature Reserve, and 20 minutes by bus from the airport. Nestled beside the picturesque River Ness, you'll enjoy beautiful views of the Kessock Bridge and Ord Hill forest right from your window. The ground floor features a fully-equipped modern kitchen (with fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, induction hob, and oven), a bright living room with Freeview TV and DVD player, and a shower room. Upstairs, you'll find two comfortable double bedrooms with premium bedding and a second shower room for added convenience. We provide fresh towels, free WiFi, private allocated parking, and there's also free street parking available. Whether you're here to explore the Highlands or simply relax by the river, our home offers the perfect blend of comfort and location.
The house is just beside the Merkinch Natural reserve right where the River Ness meets the sea and dolphins and seals are a commonly spotted. You can easily walk around Inverness from my place, but if you are not in a mood for walk, the bus stop is located about 50 metres from the property.
