We’re Julie and Vince, the proud owners and hosts of these charming holiday retreats in the heart of Yorkshire.
Our journey began in 2015 when we were instantly captivated by the charm of the picturesque village of Haworth. Inspired by its literary heritage and stunning landscapes, we created Mulberry Cottage—a cosy, beautifully restored Victorian stone cottage—offering the perfect haven for guests looking to unwind after exploring Brontë Country. Over the years, we’ve welcomed visitors from around the world, sharing the magic of this special place.
Driven by our passion for Yorkshire’s rich heritage, we’ve now expanded to Skipton, North Yorkshire, a bustling market town known as the Gateway to the Dales. Our latest project has been the transformation of a historic Victorian property which was split into two apartments.
After a two-year renovation, Weavers Rest — our beautifully designed one-bedroom ground-floor retreat — has already been welcoming guests, and we’re delighted to share that Spinners View, a spacious duplex apartment on the first and second floors, is now also available for bookings. Both apartments blend modern comfort with period charm and offer a peaceful yet central base for exploring Skipton and the Yorkshire Dales.
Whether you’re strolling the cobbled streets of Haworth or soaking up the lively atmosphere of Skipton, we invite you to be part of our journey. Each stay with us is designed to offer warmth, relaxation, and a true taste of Yorkshire hospitality. We look forward to welcoming you soon!
