Quiet location surrounded by fields yet just two miles south of Chichester. A lovely canal walk into Chichester taking about 35 mins down the Chichester Ship Canal and view the cathedral as Turner did many years ago when he painted his famous picture of the Cathedral.

This accommodation no longer does breakfast. We offer a room only basis and the rooms are not serviced during your stay. All rooms have small fridges. Harry's self catering cottage, next door to Spire Cottage, has a fully equipped kitchen and its own private garden. Harry's is suitable for guests with dogs.

We are only 6 miles from Goodwood and three and a half miles from Dell Quay (part of Chichester Harbour) and six miles from the Witterings. We are two miles south of Chichester.
