St Aubyn Cottage is a Grade II listed cottage located in Plymouth, Devon. The property is set over three floors and has four bedrooms: one ground floor double, two ground floor twins and one second floor king-size double with en-suite bathroom. There is a separate family bathroom and WC. The first floor is home to a kitchen and an open-plan living room and dining area. There is also a shared games room and laundry facilities. Outside has a communal garden with picnic benches and on-site barbecues. Off-road parking is available for four cars. St Aubyn Cottage is the perfect place for a cosy family holiday. Due to the current situation and in line with government guidelines surrounding CV-19 it is with regret that until further notice the games room is unavailable. The outdoor tennis courts are available, please bring your own equipment for this facility
