River Clyde is a short 10 min walk from the property - perfect for fishing, walking or enjoying a quiet picnic in the countryside. Short 10 minutes drive by car from Carstairs Junction is the town of Lanark, providing access to a broad range of local shops, supermarkets, pubs & cafès and restaurants, a leisure centre and a great selection of sports and recreational facilities including the Lanark Golf Club as well as many famous Clyde Valley garden centres, offering a huge range of shopping and physical activities. Our apartment are also at a convenient location to explore NEW Lanark and the beautiful Falls of Clyde, attracting visitors from the local area and beyond as it is internationally recognised as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
