Welcome to our newly built stunning 1-bedroom flat with own private entrance. Neat and clean , ideal for vacations, business or family visits. Sleeps 1-2 adults.
This stylish boutique flat is conveniently located, just 2 mins walk to Ewell East Station (30 minutes to Central London) and 20 min to Kingston and the river Thames .
Enjoy the boutique cafes and restaurants in Ewell village nearby. Nonsuch park is ideal for a relaxing walk and the famous Epsom Derby is just a 5 minute drive away.
Quiet residential street of detached houses, just 2 mins walk from Ewell East Train station and the Toby carvery. A short stroll into the beautiful historic Ewell village will give you a choice of boutique cafes and restaurants, aswell as a sainsburys local and co-op.
There is free parking on the road, except a restriction from 11am-12pm Mon-Fri. There are a few places in Arundel Avenue where there is complete free parking available. The train station is 2 mins walk away. The 470 bus stop is nearby and more buses into Kingston and Morden can be found in Ewell village.
