Welcome to our beautifully presented 4-bedroom townhouse situated close to Cheltenham Town Centre. This inviting home is the perfect choice whether you're planning a short Cotswold family break, a corporate or business stay, or simply a much-needed get-together with friends. Spread across three storeys, the house offers four well-appointed bedrooms. The ground floor boasts an open-plan kitchen and dining area for 10, with patio doors leading to a private patio and rear garden. On the first floor, you'll find a spacious lounge featuring a stunning sofa that comfortably accommodates large groups, along with a flat-screen TV. This floor also includes two double bedrooms: one is a large bedroom with two double beds that can sleep up to four guests and a TV too, and another double bedroom suitable for two. A modern shower room is also located on this level. The top floor houses two double bedrooms, each with en suite facilities. For added flexibility, one of the bedrooms on this level is equipped with King Size Zip & Link bed, which can be split into singles on request. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a self-catered stay, including a dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, and toaster, along with all the essential utensils for cooking and catering. The dining area is designed to seat up to 10 guests comfortably. For families with small children, stair guards are installed on each floor for added safety. Parking is convenient, with one space directly outside on the street and plenty of free street parking in the area. This home combines thoughtful design and practical features to ensure your stay is both relaxing and memorable.
