This is a newly refurbished 4bed house with all amenities for a comfortable stay, whether you are a Contractor working in town or just for a holiday with family at leisure. This house has all comforts of a home including washer dryer, dishwasher, 50inch Smart TV and comfortable new beds. The house is few mins drive to Royal Berkshire Hospital & Reading University, so handy if you are travelling to or working at these 2 sites. Reading is a bustling town with a rich history and diverse population. You might find a variety of shops, restaurants, cafes, and pubs nearby, catering to different tastes and preferences. Additionally, being in close proximity to the River Thames, there could be pleasant waterfront areas or walking paths nearby.
