Welcome to Rosa Pines, a truly stunning 2-bed ground floor apartment finished to a high standard throughout. Comes complete with a large south-facing garden, patio, parking for two cars & far-reaching views across Haytor. Located in the prestigious Warberries area of Torquay, a short drive to the stunning Babbacombe downs, Torquay seafront & multiple beaches. Spacious throughout and ideal for those with low mobility. Ramps are provided to help with wheelchair access into the main house. Based within a Victorian Residence, the apartment is adorned with grand features such as chandeliers, marble fireplaces, ornate antiques and luxurious furniture. The floor to ceiling windows with french style shutters allows for the light to flood in and offer beautiful views of the large south facing garden and patio, Haytor and Dartmoor. The apartment is accessible for those with low mobility. All doorways barring the bathrooms are large enough to get a wheelchair through. Ramps are provided on-site to navigate the doorways into the property and garden or where there is any small elevation. En-suite bathroom has grap rails, adjustable shower head and a shower stool for seated use. Important: Before you arrive, you will be asked to choose between a damage deposit or a damage waiver through third-party provider Truvi. They will contact you via email and/or text to complete the process. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in.

Kents Cavern Prehistoric Caves are nearby in Wellswood, whilst Paignton Zoo Environmental Park is one of the largest in Europe providing an exceptional day out for visitors and equally popular with locals utilising their annual passes. Brixham is one of the UK’s most prolific fishing ports and a keen Rugby town, with the ferry from Torquay taking you over to the multi-coloured cottage strewn hillsides overlooking the bustling harbour.
