A beautiful, spacious VIctorian home well located in a quiet area and with easy access to the amazing St. Anne's Beach, with it's historic Victorian pier. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach and dunes to watch the sunset , which is beautiful and where you can enjoy a bottle of wine and picnic. Designed and decorated sympathetically to the highest standard, and provides a fully kitted-out kitchen to prepare any meal and a beautiful dining and socialising space with dining table for up to 8, and a mini bar with fridge to stock your drinks and keep them cold. In the garden is a deck and furniture for some outside relaxing, and where you can catch the sun in the afternoon. The bedrooms are spacious with the main bedroom having an en-suite. Two of the bedrooms have working spaces with a desk. Less than 10 minutes walk is the centre of St. Anne's with it's numerous restaurants offering many cuisines from Italian to Turkish and includes the Chinese 'Zen Restaurant', winner of the best Chinese restaurant 2022, in the England Food Awards. As well as great food, you can enjoy the many independent and chain pubs a walk away, some serving craft beers. The St.Anne's-on-Sea train station is 8 minutes walk away and is only 7 minutes ride away from Lytham, and the Lytham Festival with more local bars and restaurants on offer, as well as being 8 minutes train ride from Blackpool. Also, the regular bus services depart 150 metres away to both destinations.

The International Kite Festival is mind-blowing, the summer international food festival in Lowther Gardens, the 1940's Wartime Weekend and the fabulous Lytham Festival which features some of the biggest names in music; Lionel Ritchie, George Ezra and Diana Ross. The public transport is great and the short walks to the town centre and beautiful Ashton Gardens allow you to enjoy your stay without any hassle. To stock the cupboards there are Aldi and Sainsburys supermarkets 8 minutes walk from the house.
