Our beautiful stunning art deco 1930's Bungalow has recently seen a full refurb after being empty for 4 years and is now the perfect base for business professionals and leisure guests looking for that piece of luxury during your stay
The property has 3 work station desks perfect for business professionals
The property has a large master bedroom with a King-size bed and en-suite
Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds
bedroom 3 has a King-size bed

(The. 2 singles are also zip link and can be made in to a Super king if required)
The property has huge bay windows to the front lounge and to the front master bedroom letting in the most stunning amount of light
On entering the property you will come into the large spacious hallway and directly in front will be the brand new stunning midnight blue kitchen complete with Integral appliances such as a dish washer, washing machine and fridge freezer and an electric hob and fan oven, everything you need to be able to make sure you have a comfortable stay
The dining table sits inside of the patio doors which open to reveal the beautiful outside space which feature a brand new Indian sandstone private patio area.
The patio area then has steps leading down to a new raised decking area to enjoy the private outside space, this decking area then leads further down to another decked area where you are able to relax with a glass of champagne in the private secluded hot tub or you may decide to sit around the Fire pit table and enjoy a glass of wine!

The bungalow is situated in a very sought after area renowned for its peace and quiet.
The Bungalow is a short 15 minute drive from Dickens World and Rochester Cathedral and Castle as well as being just a small 13 minute walk from Rochester Airport who host a stunning annual air show!
