The apartment building is situated in the historical Causewayhead formely a pig market, the building is situated between the Savoy Cinema and Savoy restaurant and bar. Bought by Merlin Cinemas in 1990, the Savoy is over 100 years old, it is said to be the longest continually running cinema in the UK having opened its doors in 1912. The flats are situated within the Old Brewery building.
