Our Lakeland Cottage was once a Coaching House and Stables, situated a few minutes walk to the centre of Ambleside. We recently completed a full restoration of the property and it is now offered as a very stylish and contemporary self catering holiday home with all the mod cons. Tiled throughout with carpeted bedrooms, tiled bathroom with walk in shower and underfloor heated throughout.
We are now retired and take great pleasure in renting out our accomodation. We are sure you will love it just as much as we do.
There are whole host of things to do with Windermere lake a 10 minute stroll. Endless watersports available and also scenic cruising. Walks from the door of the cottage and the village with its ecclectic shops and restaurants just a few minutes away. There is even a bus stop right outside the door. no need to use the car.
