I used to find it very difficult, when coming back to Redcar to visit family, to find affordable rentals in the Redcar area. Now, since I have this beautiful flat in Redcar, I decided to open it up to others who also visit Redcar.

A quiet neighbourhood, minutes from the beach, from the local cricket ground, Locke Park, Coatham Boating Lake, and with easy access to the main roads. Small convenience store 200m away with bigger supermarkets 15 minutes walk away. Free parking in a private carpark. Easy access to streets and amenities. Within short walking distance, you have the beach, town, the golf club, cricket club, Locke Park, the boating lake, the cinema. Local regular buses pass one street away. PLEASE NOTE: Please be aware that this apartment is located within a quiet residential building, and for the sake of the neighbours, we want to maintain a peaceful environment. Access to the apartment is through a communal area and all tenants are expected to respect the other residents and not cause any disturbance. Strictly no guests. Smoking allowed on balcony only.
