The house is in an excellent central Birmingham location near key landmarks in Birmingham. Bedroom one has a zip link Kingsize bed which can be split into 2 singles on request. Bedroom 2 has double bed. 2 sofa beds in living room. We provide - 55" TV with Netflix - fluffy towels - high quality bed linen - the best quality mattresses for an excellent night sleep - tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits - fully equipped kitchen - iron and ironing board - hair dryer - shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap Please note: A security two hundred and fifty pounds deposit will be authorised to your card to cover any damage to the property and any breaking of house rules. The house will be inspected after you check out and your card will be charged accordingly. You will be sent a copy of our terms and conditions to accept before the check in details are released to you. House rules: No smoking, no parties, no pets, no extra guests Any breaking of house rules results in your card being charged. We reserve the right to terminate your booking and ask you to leave the property if we discover you are in breach of any house rules.
