This is a family estate, it’s very quiet and peaceful especially at night time. People are lovely & willing to say hello. There is a large Asda 3 mins drive away, and several yummy local pubs within 10 minutes walk.
Parking is free and there is 2 spaces allocated on my property, there is always several more spaces available on-street in this safe enclosed estate.
