Sunny Bank **Newly renovated for modern comfort, roadside parking, cosy log burner, close proximity to Holker Hall or into the Village of Cark, 5 minute drive to Cartmel Village & Racecourse.** *2 Bedrooms; 1 king and 1 Superking bed or Twin beds (Zip and link, please advise on booking if twin beds required) *Smart Tvs in bedrooms and living room * Property over 3 floors both bedrooms have their own floor. * 2 Bathrooms; 1 with bath and separate shower, 1 with shower. * Cot and Highchair also available * Open plan Living/Dining area with sofa, armchair and woodburner stove, wood provided. Dining table and chairs. *Fully fitted modern kitchen with large fridge freezer, diswasher, oven and ceramic hob * 2 dogs allowed at no additional cost. Dog's are not allowed into bedrooms or onto furnishings. * Nearby train station. **Please note the property does have steep steps up to the front door and the rear garden is access only.
