A bright and sunny double room offers not only a cozy haven but also a captivating view across Carlingford Lough over at the village of Omeath and the Cooley peninsula. Within arm's reach, you'll find a well-equipped tea and coffee station, perfect for sipping a hot beverage while soaking in the beauty of your surroundings. It's the ideal spot to start your day or wind down in the evening. Please note the bathroom is shared not ensuite.

I usually work from home so I'm available for any queries if needed. I often do a little bit of dog sitting so there is a chance there may be a canine friend in the house when you stay.

The town of Warrenpoint is known for its scenic location, the Maiden of Mourne festival, the Blues on the Bay music festival, the passenger ferry service between Warrenpoint and Omeath and the nearby Narrow Water Castle. We are also a short drive away from picturesque Rostrevor and Killowen as well as the Cloughmore Stone and Kilbroney Park. There is varied choice of local restaurants and eateries available as well as several bars and hotels for night life.
