The property has private parking and an enclosed garden to the rear with countryside views. **Newly renovated, cosy log burner, close proximity to Cartmel Racecourse, Cartmel Village and Holker Hall. *3 Bedrooms; 1 king and 2 Double beds *Smart Tvs in bedrooms and living room * 1 Bathroom; Bath with shower over the top, sink and toilet. * Cot also available * Open plan Living/Dining area with sofa, woodburner stove, wood provided. Dining table and chairs. *Fully fitted modern kitchen with large fridge freezer, diswasher, oven and ceramic hob * 2 dogs allowed at no additional cost. Dog's are not allowed into bedrooms or onto furnishings. *Private parking

Sunnydale is situated in the Beautiful village of Cartmel. Surrounded by countryside this picturesque village boasts some of the areas most famous dining experiences, including 3 Mitchelin Star Restaurant L'Enclume. Cartmel really does have something for all from a visit to the historic Priory, sightseeing tours on Segways to a trip to the Races. A trip to the village shop is also a must for all with an array of local produce including the Famous Cartmel Sticky Toffee Pudding. Holker Hall and Garden's also nearby.
