John, Liz and all the Lougher Family have enjoyed welcoming guests from all over the world to Tytanglwyst Farm for the last twenty years. We enjoy sharing our farm and would love to introduce you to this beautiful part of South Wales.

Property information

Swallow Cottage is a cosy converted stable on a working dairy farm. The main double bedroom is on the ground floor and a steep alternate tread stairs ( which may be unsuitable for very young children or guests with mobility difficulties) leads to an attic room with sloping ceilings. This room has a single plus pull out bed. See photos in gallery. The living , kitchen, dining areas are open plan and you will find a modern shower room. The cottage is very well equipped. A basket of sticks and logs is provided for the wood burning stove. You can relax and enjoy your own hot tub just outside the door. Guests are welcome to look around the farm, watch the milking and help feed the baby calves.

Neighbourhood information

Swallow Cottage is located just 3 miles from the South Wales coast and the seaside town of Porthcawl with its harbour and promenade and surf school. . Cardiff and Swansea are a 40 minute drive away. In less than an hour you can be in the Brecon Beacons. Lots to see and do in the area. Ask us for further information.
