De kleine lettertjes
The hotel does not accept reservations secured with Solo, Switch or Visa Electron cards. Any bookings made with these cards will not be guaranteed by the hotel.
The credit card used at time of booking must be valid for the entire stay. Please present the credit card used to make your reservation upon check in at the hotel. Please note that in the event that you cannot produce the same credit card the hotel reserve the right to ask for an alternative method of payment.
If you are booking on behalf of someone else, you must contact the hotel directly, using the contact details on your booking confirmation, to arrange for third-party billing.
Public courtesy busses 105, 111, 140 and 285 run from Heathrow Airport Central Bus Station to Bath Road Bus Stop Harlington Corner. This is just a short walk from the hotel.
Credit/Debit Card Policy:
Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Payment Policy:
Check: Banker checks are not accepted. Traveler’s checks are accepted for payment or exchange. Guest must show valid passport for the transaction.
Direct Bill: Direct billing is only available after approval of the credit manager. The company to be invoiced must fax an invoice request to the hotel and include the specific charges to be invoiced.
Kindly note that views, bedding preference or connecting rooms are subject to availability and the property cannot guarantee them prior to the guest's arrival.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of £50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
