Tern, a ground-floor apartment, consists of an open-plan living space with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, TV, and dining seating. The bedroom is a super king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request) with TV. There is a bathroom with bath, shower over, heated towel rail, basin, and WC. You'll find a shop in 0.6 miles, pub in 0.7 miles, lake in 0.9 miles, and river and canal in 0.4 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a designated off-road parking. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Sorry, no smoking. All of this awaits at Tern. Located in the south of Devon, Kingsteignton is a bustling town which lies at the head of the Teign Estuary.
